What do you mean by ‘bespoke’?

We will work with you to create the perfect package to suit your event. It will be a personalised package for example; your wedding activity packs will include a hand-drawn colouring-in page of you both, craft items will be based on your own interests/hobbies, your favourite sweets, etc.

Do you attend the event?

No. Depending on the package we have provided, we will aim to set up ahead of your guests arriving and will pack down discreetly at the agreed upon time.

How far will you deliver?

Delivery and set up is included up to a 10 mile radius from Basingstoke, any distance beyond that will be subject to additional charge. We cover Reading, Andover, Winchester, Farnborough and anywhere in between. Other areas/venue location will be open to discussion.  

Will you ship activity packs?

Yes, within the UK. To fulfill a fully bespoke service, this will be subject to consultation and shipping charges. Please see our store for a printable standard activity booklet. Buy the PDF and print as many as you like!

Are you insured?

Yes, we have business insurance, including public liability.

What about food hygiene?

Yes. We both have completed Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety (Catering).
